RACSI and SOFIMUN at the charitable Chic & Cosy party
Prominent members and regular guests of Rotaract Club Sofia International and the SOFIMUN Foundation attended the 2nd edition of the High-Life party Chic & Cozy which is organized by a couple of lifestyle companies and media sector companies. The party as the past 1 edition was a charitable party which aims to help the I CAN TOO Foundation to raise funds for their work. The work of the foundation is focused on the most unprivileged members of our society – the children with disabilities. Its major goal is to change the public attitude towards these children and their families, and to affect their social standing by meeting people with their real needs and problems. The long-term goal of the foundation is the founding of Center for Children with Multiple Disabilities in accordance with European standards, still not existing in Bulgaria.
The Rotaract Club Sofia International has been attending every party that has been organized in the past 2 months. The support apart from moral is financial by having charitable drinks and food on high prices but for a good cause.
The members (Ms. Paola Ivanova, Ms. Martina Boyuklieva, Ms. Maggie Zhelyazkova – Interact member, Mr. Asparuh Karastoyanov, Mr. Lyubomir Zhelehanov) as well as the regular guests (Ms. Bu Kostova and Mr. Andrey Stoychev) attended the party at the Japanese Garden of Hotel Kempinski-Zografski on July 21st 2010.
