Today, Sep 14 2009, Rotaract Club Sofia International had its opening session for the year 2009-/2010. The president for the year is the charter president due to the fact that he hasn’t served yet a full cycle in 1 Rotarian year.

The members of RAC Sofia International are 17 and no changes have been made to the Club’s structure or the assigned duties.

At the first meeting for the year RAC Sofia International had the pleasure to welcome special guests among whome were – Past-President, Vice-President and President-Elect of the sponsor club – Rotary Club Sofia International – Mr. Iain Greive, the Secretary of the sponsor club Mr. Micahil Sougarev, one of the responsible members for the relations with Rotaract Mr. Hans Promberger and the members of the sponsor club Mr. Philip Hall and Mr. Philip Clayton, as well as other guest.

The session was together a celebrational one and an executive/working one. The results from the last year were recalled and the planned program for the current year was read out. The members updated the information on the projects they are working on and discussed how to implement future projects.

Rotary members announced their support for the development of the group and greeted the members for their outstanding work during the past months and realized initiatives. Common projects and mutual initiatives were proposed by the sponsors club.

The members of the future Interact Club Sofia International at the Anglo-American School informed during the session for the current situation and marked the work they will do in the coming months.
